A Pageant Sisterhood…
Theresa
Crowley- 2008/2009 Theresa graduated from St. Clair High School in 2004 and is from St. Clair. She currently
lives in Miami Beach,
FL and graduated from the University
of Miami with a 3.9 grade point average. Theresa won the Non-Finalist
Interview Award at the 2009 Miss Michigan Pageant. Theresa's platform is "Micro-lending; Small Loans, New Lives" and
she actively promotes www.KIVA.org (a micro-lending websites). She has traveled to Mali, Africa, Peru, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic assisting those in poverty. She attended
President Barack Obama’s Inauguration and Inaugural Ball in Washington DC
and met with US Congressman John Conyers to discuss bringing Micro-lending to the state of Michigan.
Regina Ruelle - 2007 Regina graduated from Port Huron Northern High School in 2004 and is from Fort
Gratiot. She currently lives in North Miami Beach, FLA and attends Nova Southeastern University earning her
Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works for an emergency shelter for foster care children.
Christie Charron- 2006 Christie is from Port Huron, Michigan and is a graduate of Michigan State University. She is studying to become an attorney. During her reign as Miss LHS she
implemented the 1st D.A.R.E Dance Program in the state of Michigan at Woodrow Wilson Elementary School.
She is a member of the Class of 2005 at Port Huron Northern High School.
Jessica DeLine- 2005
Jessica is from Marysville, Michigan and is a graduate of Aquinas College in Grand
Rapids, Michigan. She is a member of the Class of 2004 at Marysville High School. She is currently a teacher and cheerleading coach
at Marysville High School and an active
Miss Lake Huron Shores committee member.
Amanda Jock- 2004
Amanda is from Port Huron, Michigan and graduated from Acquinas
College in Grand Rapids, with a degree in Business Marketing. She is currently working for "communityrebuilders.org"
as their PR/HR correspondent. Amanda graduated with the Class of 2002 at Port Huron High School.
Maureen Kelley- 2003 Maureen is from Fort Gratiot, Michigan
and graduated from The University of Michigan in 2007 with a major in dance. She currently resides in New York City,
NY. Maureen graduated with the Class of 2003 from Port Huron Northern High School.
Lynn
Davidson- 2002 Lynn grew up in Fort Gratiot, Michigan and is a 2006 graduate of Western Michigan University
with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She is currently a Marketing & Promotions Manager in Troy, Michigan
and lives in Royal Oak. She is a member of the Class
of 2002 at Port Huron Northern
High School and is the co-Executive Director of the Miss Lake Huron Shores
Scholarship Pageant.
Amanda Angerbrant- 2001 Amanda has studied at St. Clair Community College and graduated with the Class
of 2001 at Port Huron High School.
Elizabeth Matuszewski Noland -2000 Elizabeth studied broadcast journalism at Middle Tennessee State
University and graduated in May of 2005. She is married and is working towards her Masters Degree.
Teresa Swamba Bronczyk-1999 Teresa is an elementary teacher.
She studied at MSU and Oakland Univeristy. After her year as Miss Lake Huron Shores she spent four years as a product specialist
for Ford Motor Company. She is an active volunteer with the pageant and is the producer for our Tiny, Little and Teen
Pageant and is married with two children.
Rachel Edwards White-1998 Rachel graduated from The University
of Michigan and is originally from Kimball Township. She is married and in the banking industry.
Rebecca Becker Hopersberger- 1997 Rebecca earned her Bachelor's
Degree from The University of Michigan. In May of 2006 she completed her Master's Degree in music from Wayne State University. Rebecca
is a band director for Macomb County's Chippewa Valley Schools. She is married with two sons, and two stepsons.
Carrie Weyand Amstutz- 1996 Carrie is involved in leading mission
trips though the United Methodist Board of Global Ministries. She attended St. Clair Community College and Oakland Univeristy
in Rochester. Carrie is married and has two step children.
Tina Pond Dunn-1995 Tina
is married and also a stay-at-home mom with four children. She graduated from Michigan State University in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Tina is a former Executive
Director of the pageant and is now an active volunteer committee member.
Nicole Hachee Winston- 1994 Nicole is an attorney with Rowling, Streeter, Partilipilo & Winston,
PC. She received her Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University and her law degree from Cooley Law School. Nicole is
married and has two daughters and is an active volunteer and sponsor of the pageant.
